Mardi Gras Grill - Brookhaven

Mardi Gras Gril reminds me of my hometown Houma, La. My husband and I ate in this Gril yesterday and loved it. The food was great, and owner is very friendly and she is a very good cook. I recommend eating this place if you like Cajun food. They won't be disappointed. Dollye leather.

The staff were super sweet and very, very polite. The owner came and sat with me! How refreshing! The place may be small, but the food was really good! I had a shrimp and catfish pony and it was delicious and beautifully spiced. I also had the onion rings and I LOVED them. They cut the onions really thin and bake them properly when they were ordered. Yum, Yum! I'm back and bring friends!!

Best Onion Rings I've ever eaten- perfect Po boys and had the most beautiful visit with the staff. Supports this wonderful restaurant!!!!!!

Me being from Cajun country I had to get some gumbo, jambalaya, the best chicken salad and of course, my true homemade bread pudding! All of this is so so good! I'm gonna pass me a good time for sure. Poboy and chargrilled oysters next....

The food and the service is great. I have tried the gumbo, soft shell crab, hamburger, crawfish poboy and the onion rings are wonderful.. Will be eating here a lot.
