The Pivot Room – Brookfield

The restaurant has potential, but there's definitely room for improvement. The food was decent with good flavors, but nothing particularly compelling that would make me eager to return. The service left much to be desired; the waiter frequently forgot our requests. He mentioned that the kitchen was falling behind, but the place was not busy at all. Additionally, it was quite chilly inside, preventing us from feeling comfortable as we had to keep our coats on—and we might have even needed gloves if we hadn’t been focused on eating. At this point, I don’t feel inclined to revisit anytime soon. I hope they will address the issues with service and the temperature. With some adjustments, it could become a fantastic dining spot.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant for dinner. The only positive was that the food had good flavor. Unfortunately, we couldn’t order a side of fries to accompany our sliders—our only option was a full pound of fries, which felt excessive. The service was terrible; it took about 20 minutes for the server to bring drinks, take our orders, and address our needs. I don’t think we'll be returning anytime soon. The activities looked fun, but they were all booked for a private event.

The food and ambiance were enjoyable, but the service was excessively slow, especially given that there were very few customers when we arrived. The atmosphere was lively, and we had a great time bowling afterwards. Overall, it’s a fun place!

Beautiful place, but could improve. Eating was average, good taste, but nothing they absolutely want back. the service was very slow. the waiter always forgets what we wanted. the waiter said the delay was a result of the kitchen that fell behind, but it was not busy at all. it was also so cold in the restaurant that we could not relax. we had to keep our moms and maybe wear gloves if we don't try to eat. it is not a place where I want to go back immediately. hopefully they will make the necessary improvements to customer service and climate. if changes are made, it could be a great place to dinate.
