Portillo's - Brookfield

I admit I didn't understand the hype when I tried Portillos the other day. I went back for about two, with some suggestions on the food change of friends and I am a FAN. The Italian beef was dipped, with cheese and pepper was the key. Hot dog was loaded and I am now in love with the cake shake and will probably win 5lbs. Just think about it. Great lunch!

We stopped because the restaurant we wanted to go into was closed. It took a long time to actually get our food after we have ordered so that I would definitely order next time. I ordered an Italian beef sandwich and it was delicious. My son ordered a chocolate cakeshake to share that was very sweet, but it has fun to try. I would recommend coming by.

This was my first time with Portillos and I'll give him two thumbs. The whole cattle hot dog felt delicious as if I were in Chicago and the fries made me happy.

Always fun! Always delicious! We like to eat at Portillo! We went to my wife's birthday.... we came there early and pulled some tables together and made room for 13 people. There was plenty of room. Ordering the food was easy. There's always a little waiting for dinner... but it's worth it! Everything was DELICIOUS!!! I recommend Portillos!

The food is fresh and delicious. Burger has that flame charred taste. Onion rings are battered up well and fried golden brown. The famous cake shake is DENSE! it's like a meal itself. Service is speedy and organized. Lunch rush has lines out into the side roads. They have staff outside taking orders. My order was 10 min late. Just make sure to order ahead and account for some wait time since they get suuuuuper busy. Not their fault.
