Barb, the day shift manager, stands out as exceptional. She swiftly addresses any issues with orders and consistently goes above and beyond to exceed customers' expectations, all while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile. I have never seen her be rude, and she is a valuable asset to the location. Joseph, the swing shift manager, is also great. He is always eager to assist customers and is a problem solver. I once saw him quickly help an elderly customer who had fallen near the entrance. The Twins, who are day shift team members, are also fantastic. They greet each customer as they come in and often address regulars by name. They are upbeat and always willing to help. Charlie, a weekend team member, has shown significant growth in his role. He often multitasks between working the line and cashier and is on his way to becoming a great leader. He is always a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond without needing to be asked. Overall, this Panera is fortunate to have such wonderful employees who consistently provide excellent service to their customers.
The person managing this restaurant location really knows how to run a tight ship. The food was fantastic, our large takeout order was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Most of the kiosks were out of order. I placed order online but others in my group did not. When I got back to my event I realized they put no spoons or forks in bag with my soup and salad. I also found a plastic piece(plastic bag? in my salad...guess lucky no fork as I was eating lettuce piece by piece when I saw it.
