Grimaldi's Pizzeria - Brookfield

I visited the restaurant over the weekend just after 3:00 PM during the Coal Turner. This process involves replacing the coal in the furnace, so I expected a delay with the pizzas. Our server, Aspen, was fantastic; she provided excellent recommendations and ensured our pizza was served promptly. I ordered the marinara pizza, which was delicious and generously topped with sauce. The cheese was tasty, and the crust was perfectly crispy—cooked at a higher temperature than my home oven can achieve.

Grimaldi's has been our go-to pizza spot for the past few years. Their thin and crispy, wood-fired pizza is simply the best! Be prepared for a wait on weekends. Due to the high volume of customers, the oven space is limited, which means pizzas can take an hour or longer to be ready. While you wait, enjoy a glass of wine or a drink and spend time with your friends or family! The outdoor seating in the summer is an added bonus! My personal favorites are the Brooklyn Bridge and Margherita pizzas!

We waited 40 minutes for our traditional 16-inch paprika pizza, and when it finally arrived, the crust was burnt. After finishing our meal, we waited an additional 20 minutes for our check. While the sauce was delicious, there wasn’t much cheese on the pizza, and the pieces of paprika were quite small. I was disappointed with the burnt crust; I appreciate a crisp crust, but this was overdone. Although it was still edible, we mainly ate around the charred edges.

Ordnete jalapeños and onion topping pizza. Had to find the toppings on pizza. I ordered it from this place before, but today it was the worst pizza. Besides, she asked to make it crispy, but it was soggy. Deceased

Deviated from our normal pizza place to try Grimaldi?s. We were greeted and sat quickly when we walked in. Decor was great! Had server Ryan who was also excellent! Made several recommendations and was very friendly. The pizza we ordered was a simple traditional style with just cheese/pepperoni. It was one of the best thin crust pizzas I?ve had. We?ll definitely be back!
