The complimentary reception early evening (light snacks and 2 complimentary drinks) and morning breakfast are great. It has good freeway access. The area property is located in an uncongested area. For me it was a break in a long 2 day drive. It was perfect to rest and recharge. TV has a few premium cable channels. Ended up watching a movie I enjoyed. It has convention facilities. There was an issue leaving early in the morning. I called Gen Manager the next day and discussed the issue to my satisfaction. Recommend property. Gave 4 out of 5 for small insignificant issues.Rooms: Nice suites, separate bed room, great pillows, nice living room, 2 TV's.Noteworthy details: Has a nice atrium. Small indoor pool. Convention facilities, ample parking.
This was our first time visiting this hotel. I’m familiar with the Embassy suites brand and traveling with a larger family it’s helpful. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is spacious and the decor modern and clean. The room is dated though. Definitely in need of a renovation. Beds were fairly comfortable but the room never really got cold. The biggest area of improvement needed was the breakfast. Yes it’s free and it’s definitely more than you get in some places but the first two days when I ordered my omelet the chef put cheese on it one day didn’t ask for it) second day he put tomatoes on it. also didn’t ask for it). The first day the oatmeal my husband had was soupy. It was gross. We were here multiple nights and they didn’t rotate much of the options. Would have been nice to see bacon one day instead of sausage all 4 days. The breakfast staff was very helpful and I do think it had a lot to do with how busy they were but it could definitely be improved. My kids went in the pool one day as well and unlike some indoor pools where the chlorine was beyond overwhelming this one was not. The kids enjoyed it. We would possibly return due to the location to family in the area but hopefully someone will read this and take into consideration some improvements.
I've had something inconveniencing happen every night I was here.Monday, my first night, I ordered the special remote to switch the input to my TV and they said they'd bring it up shortly, after 45 minutes since no one came I called again and only then did they bring it up.Tuesday, I tried ordered room service (I attempted to order room service every night) but no one was answering the phone. After speaking with the front desk they said that room service wasn't an option for tonight. So I went down, ordered it, and brought it up to my room. Second, shortly after connecting my Xbox to the hotel wifi, somehow I got fraudulent purchases through the Xbox and they drained my debit card.Wednesday, I ordered room service, I tried to get the half chicken but they were out, so I asked if I could order a burger with loaded potato which they said yes. After about an hour I called to see if it was almost here, the lady on the phone with me said she has been trying to get a hold of me (the phone in my room did not ring once) because they are out of loaded potato, so I ordered sweet potato fries. Once it arrives they gave me regular fries, but they did bring up the sweet potato fries later on.Thursday the line for room service wasn't working again, so I went down and ordered and they delivered it to my room.Lastly, my room was not cleaned while I stayed, I did not use a do not disturb sign during my stay. This may be because of some type of COVID policy, so I understand if that was what it was.These things I consider all on the minor side, but something happened every day.Positives: the staff here, especially Matthew the bartender is exceptionally friendly, and you get two free drinks per night you stay with them.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a month after we lost our home to a fire and the staff was absolutely amazing, including the breakfast crew. Will definately come back. Best service and very clean.
This hotel was stunning and offered an extensive breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. The bed was very comfortable. However, my low rating is due to a moldy and damp ceiling tile in our room. When I checked out, the receptionist mentioned that the manager would reach out to discuss the issue, but I never received a call or email from the manager, nor was there any adjustment to my room rate.
