Chipotle Mexican Grill - Brookfield

This Chipotle location is one of the worst I've been to. The employees are consistently rude and make you feel as if you're not intelligent.

The staff on the late shift at 9 p.m. were polite, professional, and focused. As soon as we arrived, they greeted us with a smile and were attentive throughout our visit. When our orders were ready, they bid us goodnight with warmth. It was a delightful experience, especially for such a late hour. Keep up the fantastic service!

We've typically enjoyed great experiences at Chipotle, but that wasn't the case this time. During our visit at 6:30 p.m., we noticed that the rice was dry and the black beans were undercooked. We've never experienced this level of quality at a Chipotle before. It seemed like there were about five employees on duty, but only two were managing the line, which led to a frustrating wait. While the staff member at the beginning was very friendly, the gentleman serving the sour cream and other toppings wasn't very attentive. He piled nearly double the amount of cheese and sour cream on my bowl. I'm hoping it still tastes good despite these issues.

Man, this chipotle is really on the hill. Used to be great, but now filled with staff that you feel like a burden for being there. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Become literally every other chipotle from now on.

Really dissappointed meat was so dried out. Like they scraped the crusty burnt edges of pan.
