Charley's Philly Steaks - Brookfield

I was actually waiting to pick up an order for delivery, and the owner made me a chicken sammich and fries while I waited along with the order I was there to pick up. Super nice guy. I was actually starving and money was extremely tight this month, but I think because the owner has some sort of superpowers sent by God Himself, he knew I would genuinely appreciate such a wonderful gesture. This was literally the best sammich I've had in years and the fries tasted like good memories from childhood. That might sound weird but that's the only way I can describe it. I just want to thank the owner for his kindness. I really needed to be reminded there's still beautiful people in this angry world. You're one of those beautiful people and I totally appreciate you.

The customer service was great! They double checked I had napkins and made sure I had enough ketchup and the food was great. They were super friendly.

The tall man working the front was very pleasant with my grandma. Asked her age, said it was a blessing, and gave her a cookie. I am very happy, that was very nice of him.
