A younger employee who came out was not much better. To top it off, a guy walked in and started complaining about his check and how he didn’t tip enough—it was quite unprofessional. As for the food, my sprouts tasted stale, and the sweet almond was burnt and old. I submitted a complaint through the app, and a woman emailed me with excuses, saying the location was training new staff. She offered me the chance to return my Brezels for free if I showed the email, but honestly, I was dissatisfied with their overall attitude. The company doesn’t seem to take these issues seriously at all!

The staff was not very friendly or attentive. While I was speaking, one of the employees interrupted me with a dismissive "hold on" gesture and then disappeared for about three minutes without any explanation. There was no communication at all. It felt like the staff was either overwhelmed or unhappy to be at work.

I've bought pretzels from this place three times a week this year, and honestly, I'm disappointed. The pretzels are not consistently baked, and you can taste the raw dough. It seems they prioritize quantity over quality, which is a shame. If you're looking for better-tasting pretzels without the hassle, I recommend heading to Auntie Anne's at the South Camm Mall instead.

Staff were really nice. I was there on Wednesday night and waited for my work. I was really tired and boring and just needed some light and refreshing. There was a girl who helped me choose the right drink and I must say that she saved my day.

Awful experience!! If I could rate it zero stars I would!! I asked if I could get a hot dog pretzel and they said no we can?t make that. ? it was 5:00 they closed at 6????? So why couldn?t they make it? Get some new employees.
