The drinks are always made correctly and they are very accommodating to people with food allergies and sensitivities like myself. Kudos to them!
The restaurant had a sign advertising medium pumpkin cold brews for $3, but when I ordered one, they charged me over $4. I pointed out the sign still being up, but they refused to adjust the price. I decided to cancel my order, leaving them with a wasted drink. It's important for businesses to honor their posted prices. I will be sticking with Starbucks from now on.
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited! They didn't get our order right, even though we repeated it twice. The woman at the counter didn't understand English very well and had trouble speaking it. It took a long time to receive our order, and when we finally did, it was still incorrect. We had to show them the receipt and convince them that the order was wrong, but they didn't want to listen. This experience has convinced me that I will never return to this location again.
This place still has its bathroom closed to its patrons. A couple years ago, during the pandemic, closing a bathroom was a questionable, but acceptable decision... nowadays, it is just plain lazy and bad customer service for a restaurant. Not tomention, I think it may actually be illegal to not provide ADA compliant restrooms at a restaurant.
Needed pink glazed for 2 of my kids but they were already out. I went pretty late in the day though.
