Pizza Express - BROMLEY

Irma our waitress did a superb job looking after us in very busy circumstances. A good meal and pleasant surroundings.

Nice casual night out, pretty nice food as always and the same quality you usually expect from Pizza Express. Pretty quiet in the restaurant when we went so the staff weren't in a rush to take our order and could of been faster.

Had a really enjoyable dinner here with friends. Pizza Express restaurants are usually reliable and this one didn’t disappoint. Great food, cosy corner booth and superb service from our lovely waitress, Maia. Highly recommended.

I’ve visited Pizza Express in many locations but this was one of the poorest for service. The quality of the food was good but nothing else was… waiting staff who were clearly making comments about customers as they walked in, tables hadn’t been properly cleaned (although the waiter did attend to that without being asked), kitchen staff who talked loudly to each other and disturbed the customers sitting quietly at tables by the kitchen area. I was in this area for work after a fairly long day, I just wanted a warm welcome and the chance to enjoy my meal in peace. I didn’t get either so they didn’t get a tip. I wouldn’t go back.

My small team and I came to Pizza Express St Marks Square for a belated Christmas lunch. Food was delicious as always and service was outstanding. The restaurant was exceptionally busy with only one waiter (Jesse) and one manager (Alison) on duty with a restaurant that was at 75% capacity. There was no delay in service and we even saw Alison get in the kitchen and help with food orders due to time. Nothing was any trouble with any of our requests and they also took time to stop and chat with us during our meal. We will be definitely visiting again! Thanks Alison and Jesse for a great time.
