Creams Cafe - BROMLEY

The young girl was on her own and was quite slow at taking my order. The food took longer than expected too considering there were only two other groups in at the same time. I went to the toilet with my children and was absolutely disgusted. Public toilets are cleaner than these ones and that’s saying something!

They have sent the wrong order and told me can take 48 hours for a refund

Just took my four grandchildren in for a treat all deserts came separately so the youngest had to wait longer for her desert staff do not even talk when fetching your order just put it down on the table very bad customer servis will not be visiting again.

This was the worst waffle I have ever had, I tried calling the store and the guy on the phone who was the team leader said that he can’t help me and was so rude on the phone. The manager wasn’t in and the team leader was honestly a horrible and unhelpful person to speak to. The waffle was undercooked and horrible to taste.

Delivered wrong order but Creams Orpington wasnt very helpful and just suggested If I can go to the store so they can replace the wrong order. however, Just Eat resolved the issue and refunded the amount of the wrong order.
