Beckenham Charcoal Grill - BROMLEY

I ordered from Beckenham Charcoal Grill last night and the food was fantastic! The service and staff were very efficient. The food was fresh and the chicken shish was extremely tasty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a delicious kebab.

The order was incomplete, with barely any of the items received. Despite being incorrect, they were unwilling to send out the rest of the order. Additionally, the staff shouted and hung up during the phone call. Terrible experience overall.

It took one and a half hours for my order to arrive, and it was cold and incorrect. Even after confirming my order twice on the phone, they still got it wrong. I would advise others to avoid this restaurant. I had ordered a wrap with a combination of chicken and lamb kofta with salad, but what was delivered did not meet my expectations after waiting for an hour and a half.

Ordered via just-eat. Ordered a large and small corn on the cob, large is frozen (actually really frozen) and small not in the delivery. Called 20 times and no answer!!

After having to repeat my order twice over the pnone for my meals to collect , they still didnt get it right . They had completely missed one meal . Asked for the pitta to be left seperate not done . And the food we was disgraceful quality . The guys cooking and prepping were in their streeey clothes no regard for food hygiene regs . Some big lumps off donor meat weren't cooked and yet other sliced bits burnt to a shrivel . I will never use this place again
