I recently had the pleasure of working with Della Terra for my wedding catering needs, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the initial consultation to the wedding day, the Della Terra team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with.As a vegetarian couple, my partner and I were thrilled to find a caterer who was willing to create a custom vegetarian menu for our wedding of 25. The Della Terra team went above and beyond to ensure that our menu was not only delicious but also creative and visually stunning. Each dish was a work of art, and our guests raved about the flavors and presentation.What truly sets Della Terra apart, however, is their friendly staff and delightful sense of humor. Throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding, the Della Terra team was a joy to work with. Della Terra catered our wedding this past September, and the food was amazing! We had a very small, intimate wedding with only 16 guests. We didn’t have a huge dance party, so we focused on having a really special dinner with our joined families. This meant the food really had to shine since it was the focus of the evening. Della Terra did not disappoint! We wanted a tasting style menu, which they were happy to accommodate, and Cody provided input on which courses may pair best together. They also provided a list of recommended wines to pair with each course, which worked out beautifully. All the food was amazing, but the Tuscan sausage white bean soup was a standout, and I cannot stop thinking about the lamb gnocchi. The lamb was so tender, and the gnocchi dumplings are unlike any I’ve ever had. They have honestly ruined all other gnocchi for me, so be warned. Anyway, everyone loved the food. The presentation of each course was gorgeous, the staff was professional and friendly, and everything was executed beautifully. Only thing I will say is communication can be a bit slow at times, so don’t fret if it takes 4-5 days to hear back on an email. Once I understood the cadence of their email management I was able to account for that delay in my planning without issue. They also offer assistance renting china and drinkware, but we did not end up using them for that. I would definitely hire them again, and I recommend them for your wedding or event.

We couldn't have been happier from start to finish with Della Terra! From going to our first tasting and meeting Cody and staff, they were absolutely the best. After tasting many different caterers, Della Terra was by far the best tasting, best value, and friendliest group we talked to. They did a great job working with us over two tasting to refine our menu and make updates based on our preferences. The day of, they executed perfectly and we received so many compliments from our guests on the quality and freshness of the food. They provided plenty of food for our very hungry guests and even had leftovers which was perfect for us to take after our wedding. 100% would recommend and will think of Della Terra for any future catering needs!

Chef Cody and the team at Della Terra were amazing to work with for our wedding! We knew food was our top priority and biggest budget item for our big day. In researching we were looking for exactly what Della Terra offers farm to table, local ingredients, and high quality food. From the first conversation to our big day, the Della Terra team was prompt in responses, organized, and quickly helped us make revisions to our menu throughout the planning process. All of our guests were impressed with the day of service from the entire Della Terra team at our wedding reception. Della Terra was so attentive to my husband and I hand delivering our appetizers, refilling our glasses, and even plated our food so we did not have to get in line for our buffet. The entire team is professional, easy to engage with, and we had so much fun at the end of the night with them celebrating. We had so many compliments on our food! Thank you Della Terra for bringing our vision to reality and being so attentive every step of the way. Don't hesitate to book them for any catered events and do it early!!
