Little Caesars - Broken Arrow

The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasted excellent. As I mentioned before, pizza is my favorite, and Little Caesars offers great quality at a low price.

I feel compelled to share my experience, and I highly advise you not to eat at this restaurant. I witnessed an employee walk straight from the street into the kitchen without washing his hands before handling the pizza dough. Upon noticing this, I immediately requested a refund, but they delayed the process and took too long to return my money. After waiting for about seven minutes, they told me to be patient while they processed refunds for seven other customers. It seemed like they had to contact the district manager in another state to sort things out. The next day, when I spoke to the manager about the incident, she dismissed my concerns and claimed that the employee had washed his hands in another sink. But I was watching him the entire time, and I can assure you he did NOT wash his hands. As someone with strong moral values, I have no reason to lie about my experience, especially after spending around $50 of my hard-earned money on their food. I wish I hadn’t seen what I saw. If they're willing to conceal such a serious issue, imagine what else they might be hiding! Trust me, it's not worth the risk to eat here. There are plenty of other Little Caesars locations in the area. Writing this review makes me feel uneasy, but I believe it's important to speak out.

Pretty sure the family got something bad from this place. Usually very good, very fast, but on Friday (Nov 10.) Night was something through my family intestinal tracks as on a mission.

We ordered through the app and still waiting once we arrived for over cooked pizza and wings.

This location is no longer safe to order from. Found a fingernail in my pizza. Could not get them on the phone. Corporate has had more than 48 hours with no response. Its obvious this was torn off from the person who lost it. Will not be using this location again and likely will not be using any of thier locations. Expect a visit from Tulsa county health board.
