Domino's Pizza - Brockton

Do not order delivery here if you are remotely hungry. Takes about 2 hours, but their website never mentions that.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I had to wait over an hour after my meal was ready. I called the manager at the 45-minute mark, and he assured me it was on its way. After waiting another 15 minutes, I called again, only to find out that my order still hadn't left. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

This specific location makes the best pizza. I haven't had a complaint to make. I enjoy it every time I make a purchase. Great customer service.

I got 2 large pizzas one cheese one Hawaiian and a sprite. It has almost took 1 hour for it to arrive at my location which is a 15 min drive. I called wondering why it has take so long and instead of a estimated time I got met with a “it will be there shortly”. I am very displeased and disappointed in my experience and should have done research before ordering from a 3 and a half star establishment. Hopefully anyone else doesn’t have to deal with this nonsense and lack of communication.

Samuel delivered my food very fast! He was pleasant when there was items missing in my order. He came back and made sure my order was complete with a smile!
