Buffalo Wild Wings - Brockton

A friend and I went out for lunch and ordered from the menu. They got a burger while I opted for the chicken sandwich. There were only two other customers in the restaurant, but the service was a bit slow. We had to ask for ketchup and utensils when our food arrived. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was quite disappointing. It was overly hot—so much so that I burned my mouth—and the texture was rubbery with an off taste. I believe they need to improve on this. Overall, I understand that I’m not expecting top-notch service from a burger joint, just the basics, but this visit didn't meet those expectations.

I experienced poor customer service at this restaurant. I waited at the front for my order for 20 minutes, and there was hardly anyone around to assist. My order was wrong; I had ordered teriyaki wings as part of a combo, but instead received parmesan garlic wings. When I first opened the box, I honestly thought the wings had been boiled because they looked nothing like teriyaki wings. Save yourself time, money, and frustration—definitely do not come here. It would be worth your while to travel the extra 20 minutes to get to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

Space was empty to dinner, first bad sign. No one greets the people when they came in a time to sit down. ordered drinks and eat at the same time, so hopefully we will be back on the road. no luck. waited an hour to get boneless wings and a grilled chicken sandwich. food comes, no serviettes, no fork or knife for salat and offers. asked for ketchup and ranch dressing had to finally get up and go to the waiting station to get the fork. had serviettes from another table because that didn't come soon. ranch dressing comes after my son eats all his offers. this was a complete failure as a restaurant to serve guests. I am accusing a complete lack of training on management, as the waitress was nice, but not according to the guidelines laid down above. I'll never go in there again. it would have been faster and less painful to buy the ingredients at shaw and make it yourself home.

Most the time this place empty, just like right now today. Why were there just 3-4 workers literally standing around talking? An I had to wait for them to stop chilling/talking for them to finally ask am I all set. Seriously learn to hire adults pay them accordingly so your not loosing business because you hired teenagers who don't have a good work ethic.

The waitress was great, seems like the quality of wings is getting worse every time I visit. My husband got the brisket sandwich and it was gross, we usually like the gristle on the beef however this sandwich was 95 percent fatty meat and 100 percent salty.
