Kfc - Brockport

After work, I found out they were offering a 10-piece bucket of chicken (both original and extra crispy) for just $5.00. I wish I knew the name of the driver because I have never experienced such kindness, courtesy, and professionalism as I did with him. He really made my night a lot better.

The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I would give it five stars, but occasionally they forget items in my order.

The food here is generally quite good, but there have been a few occasions when we've been told they have nothing available (especially cookies) because they try to close early. It's frustrating, but I suppose that's how it goes.

Brockport KFC is fantastic! the staff is great, they are friendly and they are helpful. The food was great. Very recommended.

As for my chicken breasts, they were just okay at best. The "extra crispy" option turned out to be extra greasy and lacking any flavor. We also ordered two large sides of coleslaw to take home, thinking there was no way they could mess that up since they came in a separate bag. To my surprise, when I went to put them in the fridge, I found that they were only half full as well. I’ve attached a photo of that. Is this really what I paid nearly $5.00 for? I will never return to the Brockport location. On a positive note, we often visit the Albion location, where we've never had a bad experience. I should have just driven the extra ten minutes to go there instead.
