While placing an order yesterday 2/7/2024 the order taker was confused. Petra(manager) gets on the intercom and starting telling me to calm down she went on to tell me how to speak when she had an accent. All I was doing was trying to get the order right. Petra proceed to start sticking her finger in my face I asked to put her finger down and saying we don't need my order and they don't make mistakes. Petra (manager) took the order and when I got home it was wrong. I called Petra(manager) and told her that the order was wrong; and instead of trying to coach an customer she should have fixed or monitor my order. She asked if I could bring back the order; I told her no. She then offered me a free meal; I told her I don't want a free meal I want customer service. I asked her to have her owner call me; we will see. #Customer Service is important to everyone.
Typical fast food but definitely declining quality.
Despite ordering online 15 minutes in advance and there being no line at the drive-thru, I still had to wait at a designated spot for 2 breakfast burritos and a hash brown.
Not sure of his name but the guy at the 1st window of the drive-thru line is great to work with. It definitely makes the start to the day a good one.
