When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested splitting our party into two groups. The employee seemed indifferent and told us we would have to just deal with the situation.
The service was awful. The only way to place an order was through a QR code. We waited for 40 minutes for our server, but they only came over while we were still eating. The food was tasteless and overpriced.
The menu was limited, and the naan bread was dry. Placing an online order was challenging. The group margarita was too salty, and the overall food was average, except for the chicken, which was quite good. I won't be rushing back.
Eating was not so good sharing my meal stale. can not pay for eating in cash unless they have cash, but they can use a drink and a card. What is this about?
Food took ovr an hour and half to arrive and we had to order via the app which is painful cause you don't have the option of speaking to a waiter at all. Nice place but the food when it did come out was cold and the service wasn't great.
