I was beautifully welcomed and they're it's like family oriented.

I asked the lady for one soy sauce pack and she said no. Then tried to charge me 25 cents for 4!! I didn’t even need that many! She just saw other food in my hand and started being rude about it. As if to punish me for not buying here.

The food here is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. A heads-up: many Chinese restaurants in NYC, depending on the neighborhood, don’t accept credit or debit cards. Make sure to discuss your meal beforehand and ask how it's prepared, as you’ll get exactly what you request. Be aware that lunch specials often come with limited options; for instance, wonton soup typically doesn't include noodles, and that will cost you extra. On a positive note, the vegetables are usually very fresh. Just double-check that what you ordered is indeed in your bag. While I was waiting for my order, another customer came up to pick hers up, and upon checking, she realized it was incorrect. It turned out her order was mine! When I asked the staff member who took my order why she had given my meal to someone else, she casually replied that she thought we were together. Seriously? So, be sure to check your bag no matter where you eat, as mistakes happen due to a lack of attention.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the staff to be friendly. However, I was a bit taken aback by their method of handling transactions. Instead of a traditional checkout, customers are required to insert their money into a plastic bottle cutout, and then pick up their food from a small opening. This setup felt a bit awkward, especially given the context of serving a minority community. As for the food, the chicken wings and fried rice were decent, but I found the honey chicken wings lacked enough sauce and the pork was a bit scarce. Despite this, I’m willing to give them another shot.

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes, including pork, beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. Additionally, there are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that all customers enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
