Poor service.We were given a table next to clearing station. Server broke a glass , no apologies and took 15 minutes to clean no urgency. Gratuities added to bill after horrible service. Person at the front desk busy on the phone did not bother to even acknowledge us for 5-10 minutes.Felt like they didn’t need our business.
Extremely poor service. Server wanted everything: drinks and full food order, all at once. No one showed up again until the server came with the check. The food was mediocre at best, very spicy and heavy.
Utsav was excellent, but the food was a little too spicy for me. Next time (and there will be one! I'll ask for less spice.
The wait was too long to order despite we being the first table for that days lunch service. The service was extremely slow.
