Tomo21 Sushi - Broad Channel

Hidden jem. A must go for excellent sushi plus more. It's all about the quality of the food plus great service. Do not expect anything regarding the venue.... having said that, the ambience or lack of it adds to it's character. Lovely place. A staple.

One of my favorite Japanese place in lower manhattan.

So far this has been the best fish i’ve ever put in my mouth. they all just melt like buttaa. i come for lunch special bc it is on pricey side. fish is great even the tuna was good. i usually don’t like it bc it’s very fishy and just taste like it went bad. but not a fan of the raw squid, but definitely looks fresh super white! the miso soup is okay, you can skip that and salad is just ok, white rice is just ok too but the fish is the star! calamari is yummy, some days better than the other. … – show

We ordered from here for a company lunch. We ALL tossed out the food. The tuna smelled and tasted horrible. The sashimi was warm and also smelled. The shrimp tempura was plain. We didn't bother to contact and demand a refund.... it was a waste. Wouldn't order here again.
