Tim Hortons - Broad Channel

Nice and clean, good customer service, Tim Horton standard food quality.

Ordered an ice cap, when I pointed out the picture had whip cream on it they added some really sugary topping and charged me for it. The picture is misrepresenting what they offer. Liked the drink, like their coffee but this experience was not what I expected from Tim's.

I do not recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. The wait always takes forever, my order is ALWAYS wrong. Customer service at this location is some of the worst customer service out there. The manager is RUDE, and hung up on me during my call.

Great coffee and chili, fast drive through service, always a smile and a thank you. Interior is always clean when I go in.

I order double double coffee every time, it?s too sweet sometimes sometimes there is 0 sugar. Customer service is Good.
