Tallgrass Burger - Broad Channel

Gave me all wrong items in my order. They were in the last 30 minutes before closing, but the kitchen was obviously wrapping up and I won’t be coming back here because of this experience. In terms of quality, don’t mistake the “grass-fed” marketing for quality food.

I had this today and I wanna say the guy in the front, I didn’t get his name but he was an absolute sweetheart. He had just a very calming energy. Me and my sister felt so welcomed. The food was amazing. I love a good mac and cheese and they had this ooey gooey mac and cheese. Delicious. The burgers are amazing as well. Everything is so yummy and fresh.

We were visiting NYC from Boston and wanted to try these grass fed halal burgers with so many positive reviews here. But, as soon as I walked in, I was disappointed. Two ladies at the front continued chatting and ignored me. Further, for any questions I would ask there was a rude attitude from the Hispanic woman. The wagyu/kobe beef burger was good, but the lack of both service and the cleanliness of this place, I would not go there again and do not recommend this place to anyone either.

The burgers are amazing. I am definitely coming back
