Tacombi - Broad Channel

It’s over. It used to be good.We had terrible service. Server didn’t come to take our order — his to go grab a waitress — even then she sat 2 tables before putting our order in. The beers came out after the tacos, the watermelon drink after we were done eating, and one of our tacos never came after 30 min despite asking about it twice. Even when asking for the bill we were waiting and waiting and then she didn’t take our card right away.The al pastor taco is still great, but the chips were over fries.I used to come here a fair bit in the 2010’s. Loved it. Used to be fast, reliable, good. I realized yesterday it hasn’t been good in a couple of years, and now the service has gone to nil. Probably some of the worst service I’ve ever receive in NYC.I don’t feel the need to ever go back.

Never been given such a dry taco and the corn cup was like weird corn in water and the before I could finish my last bite I’m being told they need the table. This place has terrible staff and just no class. Last time I use this

I loved it. The food is fantastic and etmosfere is as it should be. Close your eyes and you are in Mexico.

Good tacos but unfriendly wait staff. One man who seemed like the host was so rude to our table when a friend’s two year old got up and wandered off for 20 seconds. He told us in the rudest tone that kids had to stay at their tables. Of course! But your tone and miserable demeanor were unnecessary.

Nice place to eat with friends. The food was great and the water also very delicious. I ate the corn and a horchata water. They have vegetarian options in tacos and the guacamole with tortilla chips is very good.
