It's hard to imagine being a cook and sending out an order like this, looking at it, wrapping it up, and handing it over to a paying customer. It's laughable that they tried to salvage it, but it still tasted burnt. I’m sure you are typically a great restaurant, but today didn’t reflect that at all—at least not for me. I don't want to harm your rating because I dislike people who do that, but I believe it’s important to share my honest experience so that future customers won’t receive an inedible meal.

This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant, managed and staffed by friendly local folks. They serve fresh food and always have smiling faces. It's a great way to support your community!

This deli is a real hidden gem! I ordered the Italian hero, and it was both delicious and flavorful. The place is very clean, and the customer service is excellent. Great job, Tommy and John! I highly recommend this deli for their tasty sandwiches and hearty food specials. Keep up the fantastic work!

I'm not exaggerating when I say these are the BEST sandwiches. They consistently impress me with how delicious they are every single time. I find myself ordering from here at least twice a week. I absolutely love it!
