Sunset Bagels - Broad Channel

Takes forever and is mediocre at best. When there are as many 1 star reviews as 5’s, you should know what you’re dealing with.

The place makes good bagels in house, rather the score is reflected on the customer service when there’s a mistake on the order. Instead of owning the mistake, the cook in the back will try to make you feel that you didn’t specify to the cashier what was ordered. Honestly not even sure why I deferred to this one when my usual bagel spot is on church and east 2nd.

This store is the literal definition of not knowing how to follow instructions… Highly allergic to cheese, and always order a the “egg on a bagel” that does NOT include cheese, yet every time, they smother cheese on it, and if you call to complain, the managers get rude and give every excuse in the book to why its my fault and not theirs… do not eat or dine here, they could care less bout allergys. Seriously??

Always very friendly, prompt, and quality service. Only 24 hour joint around for late night hunger. And really good food, not just the bagels (although those are great).

Staff was rude. When asked how long will the food take (after 20+ minutes), the woman behind gave a nasty response basically saying that the food is made fresh, don't ask questions, just wait. Instead of taking accountability for her staff being so behind on the orders. I understand it's not fast food but they mainly make bagels, sandwiches and salads.
