Subway - Broad Channel

The staff working at the counter are always quick, skilled, and welcoming.

It is currently 9:30 and despite the posted sign and Google listing stating the restaurant is open until 10pm, the staff did not allow me to enter. If this happened at my company, people would be fired.

The staff at this restaurant are rude, disrespectful, and judgmental. They seem to have a problem with customers who do not meet their standards of weight. I have visited twice in the past two months and encountered different employees with the same negative attitude each time. When I requested a specific sandwich, they made snide remarks and tried to recommend something else, implying that I shouldn't be eating what I asked for. If they have a problem serving customers of a certain size, they should not be in the food industry. It is unacceptable to judge and mistreat customers. I hope they face consequences for their behavior and possibly even lose their business. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anyone to report these issues to, so they may continue getting away with it.

I like this location because I feel like the workers are genuinely putting their best effort into making these sandwiches. The sandwiches from this particular Subway location always taste good and are also presentable. I’ve never physically been in this Subway, I always order from it. So I can’t say much about the store itself. But, when I order from them, the food is ready very quickly and it arrives shortly after.

Don’t eat from here I saw a worker spiting all over the food AW. I left after I see that.
