Przekaż informację zwrotnąI always have to wait around 30 minutes to order and get my order even when there are not many people since the worker spends more time talking to the customers than being mindful of others waiting for their orders. They are significantly understaffed for the people flow in this area.
Honestly, just go to the Dyckman location. In this location, they make the drinks so terrible and sloppy! and coming from a former partner, it’s sad how bad the service at Starbucks is becoming. It’s like they hire anyone, and don’t give them proper training. And if you order through Uber eats, forget it. They’ll make your drink even worse !!!
I frequent the area daily due to my mother residing in the area. Each time I enter this Starbucks location is I have to wait 5 to 8 minutes, no line, only one at the register, just to have zero employees give any impression of acknowledgement that a customer has entered its doors and is welcomed. Today I had no patience to be insulted once again. There's 3 employees behind the bar and they all turn their backs and knowing I'm there because they heard the door, they intentionally avoided eye contact. My reviews intention is for management to redirect their employees and review Starbucks mission statement and experience its supposed to offer. A simple acknowledgement, someone will be right with you is all any customer at any business can expect. Only on Saturdays do I see a staff that's motivated and smiling.. I just turned around and left. It's owed to our neighborhood to represent a sociable and personable spirit and instead this location is granting negative stereotypes of our heights culture. We're supposed to be number one not a hole in the wall serving an overpriced café. Let's upgrade! Let's not be mediocre.
Some of the people that have written these reviews have never actually worked at a busy Starbucks and it shows! The workers are kind and helpful. They make and queue drinks correctly. I have never had a bad experience. Yes, I have had to wait for my coffees/food but that is to be expected of a busy coffee shop! Whenever my order has been incorrectly made, they always remake it in a timely matter and are very apologetic. The environment is exactly what you would expect walking into a Starbucks. Thank you to all of the hardworking baristas and shift leads who make my mornings better! Keep it up! Your hard work is very appreciated.
Dianna was absolutely lovely. So pleasant and welcoming. Greeting every guest as they walk in. I haven’t been to this Starbucks in some time but glad I stopped in today.
