Starbucks - Broad Channel

Bad service, I was in the place for 1 hour and asked them to please lend me the bathroom and they said no, regardless of my pregnancy status.

I bought a $7 chicken sandwich. the minute I put it in my mouth, I spilled it out. The bread was so dried to the point you don't want to swallow and the strong smell of syrup felt like it had been stored for a long time

It's ok I get the sense it's not as functional as other Starbucks in heavier trafficked areas and it would be extremely helpful and professional if they put the hours they are open and closed in a search online, also I was in there one Saturday early morning and they were playing heavy metal, i had to stay because i was meeting someone and I saw someone else commented about this also, I can understand if it was a mix of music genres including heavy metal but it was straight heavy metal early morning and the the whole morning i was there until i left , I guess one of the workers thinks they are at home or in a concert but it's loud, disturbing and unprofessional and I couldn't hear the young lady that was taking my order.

One of the slowest Starbucks I've been to. Give them 10 to 15 min.

Strange idea to make us move at 2pm to wash the floor.
