The quality of the meat here is outstanding. The marinated Kalbi beef is the highlight of the menu, and I can't praise it enough. We also tried the pork belly and seafood pancake. The smoky flavor from the charcoal grilling brings back memories of classic Korean BBQ in midtown from years ago, reminiscent of when my father used to take me there as a child. The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this place! Additionally, the owner offers a complimentary banana to anyone celebrating their birthday—gotta love the potassium boost!
The ban chan (side dishes) here are excellent and complement the barbecue perfectly. The meat is fresh and you can definitely taste the higher quality compared to what you might find in Manhattan at a similar price! We ordered cold naengmyun to enjoy alongside the brisket, pork belly, and pork neck, and the portions were generous.
