Rosemary's Bakery Juice - Broad Channel

I placed an order at this bakery through grub hub, it showed it was opened before I placed the order, someone at the bakery accepted my order and then closed up shop for the day because the driver arrived to a closed bakery. I ordered the cupcakes and cookies for a special occasion today and instead was met with disappointment. I will never order from here again !

Ordered from uber eats. Received in perfect condition. I ordered a White Tres Leches 6” Birthday cake. The cake topper, colorful leaves and flowers were placed after it arrived(not provided) It was delicious. Our gathering was intimate, so it was perfect for the occasion. Thank you!

She has three types of tres leches!!!!! I didn't know that was a thing! More significantly, they were ALL delicious!!! She's also really nice and the place is very clean. She's awesome and so is her shop. Give it try if you're in the area...better still, go to the area just to support her! She deserves it

Idk why the last 3 people got such great service and giving this shithole 5 stars but my experience was trash. The cake was disgusting. $35 of pure cardboard. It was gorgeous to look at but definitely not vanilla flavored. We bought that cake for family visiting and they didn't even eat that s We ended up throwing it outside for the pigeons so at least it didn't completely go to waste. Lastly, nobody knew English. It's very hard to communicate when they're using a little kid as a translator. I asked them if they can write something on top of the cake, they just looked at me all oogly eyed. I kept asking questions about different types of cakes and their answers were just bizarre. I'm mad I even left them a generous tip as if they deserved it. LOL. I wish the bakery on Castle Hill wasn't closed when I needed them, otherwise I would've never came here.
