Pj Bernstein - Broad Channel

This once good deli has turned into a complete garbage dump. My wife went there and when she brought her package home she discovered that they put the wrong order in the bag. A call requesting that they now deliver the correct item was rejected by their very nasty manager who tried to physically intimidate my wife when she returned to pick up the correct order. We will never return.

Everytime I land in NYC I want past and a pastrami sandwich. Going forward I will perpetually be going to PJ Bernstein's for the latter. It was perfect. The Cole slaw next to it was too.

One of the female staff members slapped my 16 year old daughter and it turned into a physical altercation bc the worker claimed she was suspicious of her card and saying she refused to pay. I literally have her bank statement showing she did pay! The manager is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE and the staff pretend not to speak English. I want to speak to the OWNER. I'm disgusted with this

The food was unacceptable to eat. It was all wet and dripping out because it was a rainy day and I wasted all the money for it. I called them they didn't want to do anything about it. Direct said to me was that it was raining did even want to reimburse my money. This is a restaurant that the owner doesn't care about. The customer only cares about is money and the delivery guys don't care either.

OMG! The food is so good and the staff is so friendly. Can't wait to go back!
