Panda Express - Broad Channel

I arrived to the store about 20 minutes before closing the workers were standing outside . The person who fixed my food went behind the counter and did not wash her hands All of the food liked old and I asked for the veggies and teriyaki chicken this is horrible it was dry . I asked for an order of ragoons and she told me that they didn’t have any . Then gave me two old behind ragoons .

Went to purchase food 6:15pm tonight 1/27/2024 the worst customer service experience. Africa American young lady taking orders was unprofessional, nasty body language. Spoke with manager who did nothing about the service. When leaving the young lady call me that women....unprofessional, she needs training. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I will be contacting Corp office. The broccoli was not fresh. They are selling anything in our neighborhood.

Ordered through Uber Eats just a bit ago. Upon delivery and opening of the container, the food smelled completely off as if spoiled. Immediately went into the trash. Rice smelled the worst of it all. $20 wasted. Will not be ordering from this establishment again. It is way too hit or miss in terms of food quality, never any consistency.

OMG A TOTAL DISGUNTINNN FOODDDDD! First Time ordering Online, and omg WFT! This is a dog food. It is not fried rice, chicken teriyaki No teriyaki Sauce ! 0 STAR

I’m not a fan of Panda Express but I came to try the chili crisp shrimp. It was well cooked and tender but I didn’t really enjoy it and will never try it again.
