New York Steak Seafood - Broad Channel

Probably the best meal we've ever had in this house, and we have a highly mature palette and are extremely selective. The shrimp was incredible, the lobster perfect, and the filet mignon--and we barely eat red meat anymore because it's so average in the grocery store--was as good as any restaurant I've ever been to. My wife's friend sent this to her for her birthday, and it was one hell of a meal.

OMG, I am so glad I found you! This has to be the best steak and seafood I have ever tasted! The stuffed sole is delicious!!! The steaks are simply awesome! You have a life long customer. It's packaged great and the shipping is super quick!

Place my order for 6 lbs of crab claws on Dec 6 for delivery on Dec 20. Got the tracking info to use Route. Started trying to get delivery info on the 16th. No answer to 4 emails, even tho they say they will respond in 24 hrs. Got a human on the phone who, after taking all my info, said he would send them an email. No response to that. This company is a fraud and scams you. They do not fulfill any orders and you should not order anything from them. My attorney is furthering research on them.

Order delivered over two weeks late from date specified. Communication was poor from New York Steak and Seafood, with two email notices that shipment had taken place, when it had not. Would have been nice for company to have contacted on order phone number provided ….especially on an order with a birthday note attached which I think could generally be presumed as needing to occur on a specific date.
