Mike's Pizza - Broad Channel

The food wasn?t bad but the customer service sucks! Who ever answered the phone is rude and need to be trained. If a customer request food a certain way because of dietary needs or a disability regarding mouth it should be respected. I was told so whatand if I can?t eat it don?t buy it. Some people have trouble swallowing. I would never come here again because that simple fact.My family member have a disability and this time it was not respected.

Mike?s has been my go-to spot for years now, always making great pizza, garlic knots, salads, etc. I have been recommending them to anyone I know in the area. Tonight may be my last night ordering, as my pizza was undercooked and instead of issuing arefund, the owner decided to argue with me about his pizza baking process. I would definitely give Mike?s a try if I were you,but don?t expect them to admit if they made a mistake.

This is my favorite pizza place! It's the only spot in the area that offers beef pepperoni and other beef toppings.

Our go-to place for pizza in the neighborhood, especially when we're so hungry that we can't decide what to eat. The food is always consistently good and served hot, and the service is fantastic.

This experience was incredibly disappointing. Mike, if you believe that this sad attempt at pizza—consisting of stale bread, overly processed sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese—meets any standard of quality, you really need a refresher course in pizza making. You should be embarrassed to call yourself a pizzeria, as you've tarnished the reputation of all pizzerias in Brooklyn. I strongly encourage you to reevaluate your approach to pizza making. Please save your time and money—you're better off eating cardboard with ketchup instead.
