Excellent customer service. I asked for a guanabana with milk an as it was the most delicious I've ever ha s. Empanada de Pollo fresh an s tasty. The ladies at the counter have excellent customer service skills . They deliver so we took menu. I am so gladI came across this spot
Food is okay. But they should definitely get better at the service. There are two ladies there the one in the front usually takes the order and the other women towards the back just stares and doesn't help unless the other women tells her so. The otherday it was a bit busy and it took forever to pay.
Just okay. Hit or miss. Mediocre food. The beans were good but the rice was burnt. The steak was cheap. The chicken quesadilla was not good at all. It had bones in it too. The beef empanadas were very good especially with the sauce. The plantains are ahit or miss. They never have yuca fries. The woman taking the orders was very confusing in both languages.
Not sure where the 4.6 stars came from this place is terrible. The food is mediocre and the service worse lady taking the orders on the phone is lost!
