La Vecina - Broad Channel

This is the second time I've ordered from this restaurant, and once again, I didn’t receive what I ordered. Instead, I got a broken container filled with what appeared to be someone else’s leftovers mixed in with my food. It was absolutely disgusting. The salami tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty grill or fried in used oil. I ordered maduros but received tostones instead, all in a broken container, and there was no soup included.

I ordered mangu with salami, eggs, and cheese, but instead, I received chicken soup with white rice. When I checked the app, it said that my original order was out of stock, even though it was available when I placed the order. The chicken soup was quite greasy, and I didn't enjoy it at all. I would have preferred to receive my original order, and since the restaurant didn't have the dish available, I would like them to cancel my order and issue a refund, as I didn’t eat the soup.

I ordered stew chicken but was served oxtails instead. This is not the flavor I was hoping for, and I'm really disappointed right now.
