Ikko Hibachi Sushi Asian Bistro&crab House

I went to this place last night with family and could not have been more disappointed with the service from both the waitresses and the cook as he looked and acted miserable like he didn’t want to be there. The waitress had a attitude and the service was horrible; don’t waste your time here as you will be disappointed and also the food is over priced and you will be hit with a service fee included on your bill.

Food was great and I love the red lights! The mushroom soup and salad was perfect! I got the Starburst drink, it was ok, I drank it anyway though. Everyone was nice but I put 4 stars because it took a long time for them to start and there was nobody else there. It was late and we wanted to eat hibachi quickly and go. I can tell the chef understood so I appreciate him cooking quickly and reading the room but I do feel bad that we were low energy ? overall nice place I'd go back again, just earlier than 9pm so I don't feel like I'm intruding when they want to close.Vegetarian options: I'm pescatarian so I got the salmon but they have options for vegetarian hibachi

Went on a weekday early evening, the place wasn't crowded and the host made us wait 10 minutes (party of 2). When we were seated, the waitress could not answer basic questions regarding the menu. We were trying to order chicken teriyaki from the hibachi and were told it isn't made that way, although teriyaki sauce was used for the chicken and salmon that was cooked on the hibachi. We are used to being greeted by the chef when they come to the table, and this chef couldn't be bothered to greet anyone sitting at his station. The food resembled the staff, bland. Save your time and money go to Edo's in Pelham Manor for really good Hibachi.

Came here on a weekday for a late lunch and the place was nearly empty. Upon entering we asked to be seated for hibachi as one of us planned on enjoying and the other wanted to order sushi bar appetizers and rolls. Unfortunately, the host seating us was rude about it practically yelling that we both needed to order hibachi to sit at the hibachi table that had all of 2 other patrons seated. This was embarrassing. We then moved to the other side of the restaurant.Food was overall good and place looks nicely decorated, but definitely on the overpriced side. Our actual server that helped us later on was actually a very nice guy.

I have been there before the food is great it's fresh and the portions are good. I went there to get take out boil in a bag. My favorite from there.Food: 5/5
