Great clam chowder and oyster appetizer. I ordered the passion fruit from the bar and they didn't have passion fruit so she made it a mango, awesome taste!

Worst service we've ever had at a restaurant. They weren't busy at all, only about 4 5 other occupied tables. I think our server maybe had one other table part of the time. We had to ask for waters twice and it still took a long time for our server to bring them to us, even though she wasn't busy. She was hanging out at the bar with other staff and my husband went to get her so we could order. After we ordered the server said every item costs $3 more due to inflation, and I think they should put that in writing somewhere. Once we received our food, my husband had to go to the bar to ask for ketchup, and no one brought him any so then he went to the host stand to ask for ketchup, and another employee brought it to him since our server was nowhere in sight and didn't check on us at all while we were eating. My husband tried to pay at the front but they said we had to wait for our server to pay, so we caught her next time we saw her. Then they overcharged us our total was only about $44 and when my husband was about to sign the receipt it was $115. They voided it and charged us the correct amount. My husband was keeping an eye on his credit card statement to ensure we weren't billed twice, and when the charge went through it was for more than our receipt stated because apparently our server decided to add on her own tip. This was actually the first time we'd ever not left a tip because the service was that bad, but apparently they decided to still add it on after we left. My husband called the restaurant and we will be refunded for the tip she added on. Food was fine, but definitely can't recommend eating here or if you do go, hope you have a better experience than we did!

I went out to eat with my child and found the place to be incredibly crowded. I didn't see any manager around, which made me feel that whoever is in charge is not doing their job. The bar was completely over capacity! I ordered my food at the bar and was told to pay immediately, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a terrible experience! I ended up spending $100 for what felt like nothing, and I seriously considered returning everything and just leaving. There were no waitstaff to assist us, so I had to keep going back to the overcrowded bar for everything. All the tables were messy, with food and broken glasses strewn across the floor near the bar. The Asian waitresses looked stressed and exhausted. This place desperately needs better management and control over the entire restaurant. I would definitely not return.

I ordered a side of corn on the cob without checking the price and was shocked when they served me just a third of a cob, like one you'd find in a paella, for two bucks. It’s ridiculous; I would have willingly paid six bucks for an entire one! When I asked for butter, they brought me some yellow substance that bore no resemblance to butter in flavor or texture. To top it off, the TV on the wall right in front of me was tuned to QVC. Instead of being entertained, I found myself wanting to buy Temp-tations bakeware and serving dishes! The elevator to the HR section of the restaurant (yes, it’s a combo between K Pot and Hook Reel) was half broken. Maybe this is typical for the chain, but honestly, they need to step up their game.

I ordered takeout at 9 PM and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, an hour later, after checking on my order, I found out that the kitchen never received it. I can only imagine how long I would have waited if I hadn't inquired. My kids enjoyed the food, but I was disappointed with the shrimp. I had asked about it but wasn't informed that the shrimp wasn't shelled or cleaned. This meant that while eating the seafood boil, I had to peel the shells and legs off the shrimp myself, which was an extra $13. Had I known this, I definitely wouldn’t have added the shrimp. Overall, the food was good, but the experience could have been better.
