Emily - Broad Channel

Everything was absolutely delectable. We love loved the food, the service, and the family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely dine at Emily's again. Kid-friendliness: Although there wasn't a wide variety of kid friendly choices... my son absolutely loved the pizza fries.

Disappointing experience. Unwelcoming atmosphere, cold burgers, and rude staff. Not worth the hype! Wouldn’t recommend!

I did not like our experience at all. We had high expectations because of all the awards they claim to have for their Emmy Burger. Firstly, we had made a reservation and arrived on time, but they neither had space nor our reservation for 11 people.They made us wait outside for about 25 minutes, then seated us and we placed our orders. Almost all of us ordered their flagship burger, and it was a total disappointment.They served us burgers with cold buns, and when we complained, they said that was how the recipe was supposed to be... cold buns? Secondly, the pretzel bun was terrible—it 's NOT a pretzel bun; it 's just regular bread made to look like a pretzel.The burger tastes okay but nothing out of the ordinary. The cost of this burger not only involves the product but also the ambiance, facilities, service, etc., and all of this was awful. I would never go back.
