Em Vietnamese Bistro - Broad Channel

I understand getting authentic Vietnamese food in NY can be hard and expensive but Im completely shocked at how small the portions were. The flavor of the beef pho was ok but missed some other key ingredients like the beef balls and things you would find in a classic beef pho dish.

The noodle portion is hilariously small compared to other vietnamese spots. There was plenty of beef and veggies but I think they could easily increase the noodle count so that it becomes a complete meal. But overall, the pho is really good with nice cuts of beef and the broth is super rich and flavorful.

This is one of the best restaurants in NY. As a person who grew up in NYC, I will confidently say that there arent many places better than this one. Everything on the menu is perfectly made, and the atmosphere/staff is fantastic.

Best Pho and Bahn Mi in BK! Definitely a must try for any fans of Vietnamese food

The pho wasnt great, the broth was a bit off in my opinion.
