Elm Park Grocery - Broad Channel

This restaurant has recently undergone new management, and they are planning a complete makeover. It looks promising!

I strongly advise against ordering delivery from here. The staff on the phone seems inexperienced and struggles to take orders correctly. I've placed orders three times, and each time my order was wrong. After the third mistake, I went in to request a refund, and the employee simply tossed the money at me. It was quite frustrating. I miss the previous owners; the new ones don't seem to care about customer service. I really hope they make some changes or consider closing down.

The service was terrible and extremely slow, the portions were small, and there was a lack of clear communication. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Great deli! I've noticed an improvement in their food quality and recipes recently; it seems they may have brought in new kitchen staff. Whatever changes they've made are definitely paying off!

Mario really needs to convince the new owner to change the name of this place. Ever since he sold it, and new owners came in, the quality has gone downhill! They completely messed up my order; the only thing they got right was the color of the Gatorade. What kind of workers do they have there? The delivery drivers are great and have been around longer than this new owner, who I've heard is terrible. This restaurant no longer deserves the name Elm Park Deli. That reputation vanished when it was handed over to these incompetent people. Even the staff and locals agree with me. If you want to avoid a disappointing meal, as the food just isn't the same and they don’t pay attention to orders, I suggest you steer clear of this place.
