Duane Reade - Broad Channel

It's my favorite pharmacy... Prices are convenient and a lot more affordable than CVS Pharmacy that has become very pricey. I find always what I'm looking for. The staff is friendly and items are great.

A nice lady named Nicole was very helpful a couple days before Christmas when it was a mob scene. They moved people along quickly.

This is beyond the worst pharmacy on earth. It is impossible to get your prescriptions in a timely manner. They don't answer the phone, the lines are incredibly long, and they take no responsibility for their inability to treat their patients. I had a prescription called in early in the afternoon, and after waiting online for 30+ minutes, was told it hadn't been filled by my doctor (it had been). Even after my doctor filled it a second time and I returned to the store, it still hadn't been processed by 6pm and I was told to return the next day! And they don't answer the phone so you can't call to see if it's ready before walking over. Insane.

If I could give zero stars I would. the photo processing department doesn't have ink, is not timely, the manager is incredibly rude, employees are not helpful. avoid this store at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I requested a prescription on Monday at 12:15, and when I called on Wednesday to check on it, I found out that the associate had never processed it. How hard can it be to put mouthwash into a bottle? It’s incredibly frustrating. With so many negative reviews, it seems like nothing changes. I'm concerned about individuals who really need their medications. While I was there, another woman was waiting for her prescription and was clearly in pain, but they didn’t have her medication ready either. It seems like there is a complete lack of concern for both your reputation and respect for customers. This service is unacceptable, and people could be in serious danger waiting for their prescriptions. Wake up, Duane Reade, before it’s too late!
