I've had better ribs, in the middle of Tennessee. For New York City, Dinosaur is the best rib. When I go to pick up a rib, and I pick up a clean bone that just fell out of the rack… That's done perfectly, they don't always get there, but usually do. The corn bread can sometimes run on the dry side (it isn't consistent).

I've heard about this place for years because this is the first time I actually went. Usually it's kind of crazy packed but today it was only about half full so I took a chance and went to eat with my husband. He ordered the slider combo and I got the combo plate with the ribs and the beef brisket and the sides of macaroni and cheese and sweet potatoes with cornbread. The brisket is so tasty. I’ll pass on the Mac and cheese but the potato salad was perfect as a side to my meal.

The brisket is delicious I highly suggest brisket brisket taco's brisket whatever
