Overall, everything I have eaten here is pretty good and meets the standards for authentic yard food. The 2-star rating for service is the long wait. Folks that order through the food delivery service (Uber/Doordarsh, etc. are prioritized, which extends the wait time for those in the store. There is one person serving in person customers and everyone else catering to the food delivery orders. The 2 star rating for the atmosphere is the parking in the area-horrible. I do appreciate them opening all the time, and for the most part, the food i have had was always fresh. Foods I have eaten here- Oxtail, jerk and fried chicken, all the soups, all the porridge, Escoveitch Fish, mac and cheese, fried Dumplings, ackee and callaloo. The food you can 't go wrong. Overall, I highly recommend it. A Bronx favorite.

The professionalism and organization is absolutely awful. Ordered delivery and live 5 minutes away. It took close to 2 hours to get an order of stew chicken. When I called to check on the order I got attitude and was lied to re. the order status. The food is just average. The overall experience was terrible. Never again!!

Worst place to come if you are expecting a moderate to fast customer service. Sometimes, I feel these people don’t care about the line. They move slow, talk and don’t act like it is a business. Plus, the food is not as good it used to be.

Food is good but they need better line management, a long line and they’re moving so slow and nobody is trying to speed up the service to get the customers in and out. typical Jamaican business where they don’t understand that customer service is equally important as the product they offer.
