Carlo's Pizza - Broad Channel

One of the best pizzerias around. Usually my go to place for a slice. Family owned and homey feeling in there

It was like 11 am so no one was in the place but they made me fresh grandma slices and I grab a couple of margarita slices.... delicious

I grew up eating Carlo's Pizza. I don't live far but it's definitely out of the way to go over. So when I can I always stop in. Love their rolls, in particular their spinach roll. Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Recently, I got the drunken heroes and was so happy I did. The heroes have always been good but this definitely brought it up a level. I have known the guys in there since I was a kid. We know their families they know ours. It's walking into a friend's house when I walk in there. My personal opinion is this is my favorite pizzaria.

Been going to Carlos for years. Love the owners, best pizza and their entrees are delicious. They catered a party we had and everyone loved the food

Ordered delivery through UberEats. Food was delicious but portion sizes were a bit disappointing. The penne alla vodka didn't even cover the whole bottom of the tin in a full layer. It maybe covered 80% in a single layer of pasta/sauce. The lasagna was two small squares, filling only about slightly less than 50%of the tin. The deep dish was fantastic, crispy, chewy, but not under/overcooked. I'm a little wary to get pasta again (especially for $20 when the portion was so small), but I'd def get the pizza.
