Black Tap Craft Burgers Beer

The fries, sauces, and shake were really good. But the burger itself was just okay. Nothing special in my opinion.

Did not receive my drink. The cheese fries were lacking cheese on the fries The FRIED TURKEY BRIE SANDWICH was a mess, nothing like it was pictured. It was a fried chicken sandwich with a lot of lettuce and a very small piece of Brie .

I came in here with my husband and kids and had an incredible experience thanks to my hostess naya , she attended to us fast and her lively spirit had my family in a great mood she was very lovely and respectful. However the food on the other hand wasn’t very pleasant the chicken tasted old and the milkshakes were a mess my kids did not enjoy it.

My honest opinion is that It was the hostess Naya that made this review even worth doing she made my birthday amazing i honestly will only go back to see her she had such great vibes and an amazing attitude the food was mid didn’t have that much taste salt and pepper only vibes

We went on boxing day and it was very busy. Fortunately, we had booked a table a couple of months ago. From entering the venue the service was pretty bad then it got worse quite quickly. Took at least 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive..... Our server was very slow and didn't appear to want to be. Intact miserable! The only redemption was the food!!!! Incredible burgers! Incredible milkshakes! Our experience would have been so much better if there had been a few more smiles, a bit more attention, and speedier service.
