Bagel Hut - Broad Channel

I wish I could rate this -1. Ordered delivery. Paid double the price for items that they decided to substitute with whatever they chose without asking the customer. I'm allergic to all substitutions!!! Whatever food was correct is sub par!! Never again!

The bagel was not toasted as requested Cheese bagels were plain bagels

My go to place for bagels and I actually work about a block from Royal crown

I ordered a egg sandwich and one bagel nothing on it comes out to $9.86 I used my credit card and I got charge almost over $11. I said something and the Lady said I'm sorry it's not me the credit card machine didn't. Own its own plus there's a new law in nyc they can't charge you to use your credit card.

Worst place ever I will stick with the Hylan Boulevard and Clove Rd aBegal Store shop and saveBagel hut overcharges when go to Hylan Blvd and Clove rd Begal Store is reasonable pricePlease be aware a bagel hut charge you to use your credit card and they don't tell you they're excuses. Oh I'm sorry the machine does it by itself.
